Super seeds of wisdom are ultra-nutritious items that can grant characters that eat them a particularly powerful boost to their Wisdom, double that of the more common seeds of wisdom. The super seeds debuted in the Nintendo 3DS remake of Dragon Quest VII released in 2013, and have since spread throughout the series.

Dragon Quest VII: Fragments of the Forgotten Past[edit]
Super seeds of wisdom increase a character's wisdom by 4~6 points. They can be obtained as the first-clear rewards in the Harvest Festival DLC Tablet along with the Demon's DomeTraveller's Tablets.

Dragon Quest Monsters: The Dark Prince[edit]
Super seeds of wisdom increase a monster's wisdom by 10 points but will not break the hard limit imposed by the monster's species; this can only be done through careful application of the growth inheritance aspect of monster synthesis. Super seeds of are given out as possible rewards for completing Fizzy's quickfire online battles in Rosehill Tower, and can be left behind by monsters dismissed from the Monster Paddock.
