Dragon Quest VI

Weird Dance is learned by advancing to either rank 3 of the Dancer vocation or rank 4 of the Merchant vocation.

Dragon Quest IX

Used as a dance by certain enemies like the Bag o' laughs.

The hero can learn a Party trick version by talking to a ghost in The Bowhole.
