The Darkbird in Memoriam (追憶の暗黒鳥 Tsuioku no ankoku tor) is a monster in the Dragon Quest series that was introduced in the Nintendo 3DS version of Dragon Quest VIII.
It is a more powerful variant of the Dark condor that appears as the seventh boss in Memories Lane alongside Gemon in Memoriam and Dark Turkey in Memoriam.
Characteristics[edit]
A fellow vertebrate capable of flight with dark plumage, this avian from the World of Darkness assists Gemon in Memoriam in Memories Lane. The Darkbird in Memoriam is the least threatening of the trio and should be ignored.
