The hen's tooth is an accessory in the Dragon Quest franchise. It could only be equipped by male characters in it's debut, but has since been equippable for either sex. despite what the name implies the accessory is akin to a beak-shaped face mask instead of an egg tooth.

Dragon Quest III: The Seeds of SalvationEdit
The Hen's Tooth provides a luck boost of +20 and changes the equipped character's personality to Lucky devil temporarily. It can be equipped by any class as long as they are male. One can be found at stage 3 of Immigrant Town (Dragon Quest III) (not obtainable once stage 3 has passed) and another can be found in Rimuldar. It can be sold for 5575 gold.
