The nacreous necromonocle is a face accessory that has a defence bonus of +2, a style bonus of +2, and increases the wearer's Tension by 25 whenever they defeat a monster. With accessory synthesis, it can gain a small boost to the wearer's max HP and the tension boost can be increased. It is received as a reward for defeating Gracos.

Dragon Quest Heroes II: Twin Kings and the Prophecy's End[edit]
In this game, the nacreous necromonocle will occasionally increase the wearer's Tension by 2.5% when they defeat an enemy, reaching to a total of +5% when it is fully upgraded. It also gains a +16 bonus to deftness and a +11 bonus to max HP when it is fully upgraded, as well. The monocle can be obtained by exchanging 30 mini medals once or dropped by Master moosifers and Tyrantosauruses.
