The metal slime helm is a powerful helmet introduced in Dragon Quest IX as part of a set of metal slime-themed equipment, joining the liquid metal slime and metal king slime equipment introduced in other games. It features an emblem of a metal slime on the front, and offers some protection against Fizzle, Snooze, and Whack.
