The mechalomaniac (エビルフランケン Ebirufuranken) is a monster in the Dragon Quest series that was introduced in Dragon Quest VI: Realms of Revelation.
Characteristics[edit]
Mechalomaniacs are ghastly, grey monster mech-men that dish out dazzling spells to fiddle with foe's abilities to see and hit straight, before unleashing wicked winds with Gust Slash. Oddly enough, they love to lick intruders all over, with the sickening touch of their undead tongue enough to send uncontrollable shivers through any adventurer.
