The Hero's Shield is one of the three sacred treasures of Tantegel, but was stolen by the Dread Fiend Zoma. The shield is located in the very bottom of the Talontear Tunnel due northwest of Tantegel castle. When equipped, it will boost the Hero's Defence by +65, and reduce magic/breath damage by 33%. Dragon Quest Builders 2[edit]
The Hero's shield raises the Builder's Defence by +32, and requires two bits of zenithium, one ruby, one gold ingot, and two steel ingots to forge.
Trivia[edit]
- Though the hero's shield's design is very close to Erdrick's, but it lacks the rune inscription that spells "Roto", Erdrick's Japanese name, and the emblem does not resemble Ramia.
