The term Luminary refers to a variety of subjects in the Dragon Quest series.

For the three protagonists of the NES, SNES, and Adroid/iOS versions Dragon Quest II: Luminaries of the Legendary Line, see the Prince of Midenhall, Prince of Cannock, Princess of Moonbrooke, and Princess of Cannock. This term has been retired in 2025 in favor of the Scions of Erdrick.
