It boosts [[Defense]] by 78, and has the powerful effect of restoring HP and MP to the wearer as the party travels on the map. It is obtained 2% of the time from [[Excalipurr]] in Grottoes. It can be upgraded through [[Alchemy]] into [[Glorious Armour]], and further into [[Mythical Armour]] if not [[Legendary Armour]]. Victorious Armour is a piece of Armour in Dragon Quest IX that may be equipped by Warriors, Minstrels, Gladiators, Paladins, Armamentalists, and members of the Luminary vocation. It boosts Defense by 78, and has the powerful effect of restoring HP and MP to the wearer as the party travels on the map. It is obtained 2% of the time from Excalipurr in Grottoes. It can be upgraded through Alchemy into Glorious Armour, and further into Mythical Armour if not Legendary Armour. It can be sold for 20,000 coins, but due to the rarity of the item, it is highly recommended not to.
