Tessie will sell this at Torneko's shop for 270 gold coins.

It can be equipped by Warriors, Priests, Thieves, Minstrels, Paladins, Rangers, Armamentalists, Luminaries, Gladiators, Monster Masters, Item Masters, and Dancers. The armour can be crafted with tailoring. In the Offline version of the game, it can be equipped by the Hero in nearly all vocations, as well as Mjoll, Raguas, Hussar, and Duston. The armour can be made with the Fun-Size Forge, requiring the same materials as the Online version.
