In the Dragon Quest III remakes, princess is a female-only personality that improves wisdom and luck growth, but reduces agility and resilience growth.

Other female party members have a chance to be a princess when recruited as any class except merchant or thief, depending on their stat bonuses.

  • Wisdom bonus highest, 6–9 (413)
Mage femalePriest female
  • Luck bonus highest, 12+ (45)

  • Luck bonus highest, 9+ (always)

An existing female character becomes a princess permanently by reading the Primm's Primer book, or temporarily while wearing the Golden tiara accessory.
