The King of Portoga

Portoga is a kingdom and a castle town found in Enix's Dragon Quest III. When Erdrick arrived in Portoga, the king offered to give him a ship if he could return with some Pepper, as well as giving him the Royal Scroll to present to Norud the Hobbit.
