The Blessed bikini (formerly known as the sacred bikini) is a special piece of clothing in Dragon Quest III. It is one of the strongest pieces of equipment for women and it slowly restores HP to the wearer when walking.

The blessed bikini has a defence bonus of +88 and restores one HP per step. It also changes the wearer's appearance outside of battle. It can be obtained by turning in 95 mini medals to the collector in Aliahan. It only appears in the remake versions of the game.
