Dragon Quest VIII: Journey of the Cursed KingEdit
The Reinforced boomerang has an Attack bonus of +32. It can be made using the recipe of Boomerang + Iron nail, and is one of the first recipes that the player is encouraged to experiment with after gaining the Alchemy Pot in Peregrin Quay, as the first Iron nail in the game is given to the party by a retired thief in the dock bar.
It is also an item that can be traded to Dodgy Dave in Pickham.
