Vagabond is a talent that teaches monsters to drift aimlessly on the winds, and to rain the fury of the storm down on their foes.

Fizzy's shop sells a scroll teaching the talent on Tuesdays for 9,000 gold. Vagabon is naturally learned by goomulonimbuses and ronin raccoons.
