Zoma's devil is a gag monster introduced into the series via the Monsters spin-off titles, with his first appearance being in the remakes of Dragon Quest Monsters 1·2 for the Sony PlayStation before he later reappeared in Dragon Quest Monsters: Joker 2 Professional.
His relation to Zoma, if any, is completely unknown and left up to the player's imagination. Even the meaning of his name is a mystery.
