Antidotal herb is a healing item in the Dragon Quest series. It is used to alleviate the poisoned status effect. Same effect as the Squelch spell.

Dragon Quest II
First appeared in this game as the Antidote herb. Can be purchased for 8 gold coins and sold for 6.
Dragon Quest III
Can be bought for 10 gold and sold for 7 gold.
Dragon Quest IV
Can be bought for 10 gold.
Dragon Quest VIII
The antidotal herb can be purchased for 10 gold coins.
Dragon Quest IX
Can be bought for 10 gold in every town. They drop from Bodkin fletchers, Bubble slimes, Cruelcumbers, Gastropogs, and Sacksquatches. They are used in some alchemy recipes.
