Sacksquatch

From Dragon Quest Wiki

The Sacksquatch is a recurring enemy in the Dragon Quest series, first appearing in Dragon Quest IX. It is a monster born from a simple sandbag.

Characteristics[edit]

Sacksquatches are bags of sand that have become animated, with a relatively simple design that consists of a cartoony face on the front of the bag, its mouth being a tear that spills forth the sand inside. The sacks are said to have been born from bags of sand that were abandoned at the construction site of a factory. They attack by spitting up the sand at opponents' eyes to blind them.
