The treatise can only be used once, and is found at the Tower of Transcendence. The remakes add another one in Rimuldar. In the NES version of the game Belisha Beakons have a very rare chance of dropping this item.
Etymology
Satori is a Buddhist term for Awakening, Understanding and (total) Comprehension.
