The 'Seacow sallet is a helmet that appears in Dragon Quest VII. Owing to the game's nautical theme, the helmet is adorned with the fins of a fish.

The sallet can be purchased in the Sea Dragon's armor shop. It may be worn by the Hero, Ruff, and Aishe, and will increase defence and style by +40 and +26 respectively along with dropping the chance of being fizzled or confused to 25%. Ruff does not enjoy a wide selection of heavy-duty helmets for much of the game and it is advised to give him the sallet.
