The Golden tiara is a piece of headwear in the Dragon Quest series that first appeared in Dragon Quest V. Designed for women, it provides excellent resistance against various status ailments.
Localization history
The golden tiara in Dragon Quest IV is called the きんのかみかざり kin no kamikazari (gold hair ornament) in Japanese. This item would be replaced with おうごんのティアラ ōgon no tiara, a synonym, in Dragon Quest V and not return until the ninth game as a plain upgrade of the Silver tiara.
