The Seed of Magic (first localized in English as Enchanted Acorn or Mystic Acorn (Dragon Warrior IV, NES)) is an item that permanently raises the maximum MP of whoever eats it. Consuming it increases the maximum MP by 3 to 5 points. Seeds of magic can be found in treasure chests, pots, drawers, and are dropped by some enemies. They cannot be purchased at shops.
