The Angel slime , formerly known as HaloSlime, is a recurring monster of the Monsters subseries and was introduced in Dragon Quest Monsters 2.

Characteristics

Angel slimes are a subspecies of the slime made of pink slime jelly. It also has two white angel wings and a golden halo floating beneath their head to complete the angellic appearance.

One notable angel slime in the game is called Goopid.

Dragon Quest Heroes: Rocket Slime

Goopid is one of the hundred slimes that must be rescued. In return, Rocket is awarded with holy water.

There is an angel slime that sits on a puffy white cloud in this game.

Trivia

• Although this monster has never appeared in any of the core games of the main series, it has found its way to be represented as the angel slime hat in Dragon Quest X.
