Akira Toriyama

Akira Toriyama (鳥山 明, born April 5, 1955) is the main character and monster designer of the Dragon Quest series. He is otherwise known for the manga series Dr. Slump and Dragon Ball. He was also one of the main creative forces behind the RPG Chrono Trigger.
