The Narspicious is a recurring item in the Dragon Quest series. It is an unusual pink and dark green plant that is used as a crafting ingredient.

Narspicious can be collected in the Urdus Marshland and Western Wormwood, found in rank 5 treasure chests, or dropped by Sculpture vultures, Shivery shrubberies, Moai minstrels, and Tyrannosaurus Wrecks. One sprig of narspicious is required to complete Quest #60: That Makes Scents. Narspicious is used in the following alchemy recipes:

Dragon Quest X

Narspicious is used as an ingredient in equipment and furniture crafting. It can be purchased from a material store for 290 gold coins, picked up from sparkly spots, or dropped by various monsters, including Bloody blades, Brimstone bulbs, and Wailin' weeds.

Narspicious can be purchased from the roving emporiums in the Gallopolis Region, the Laguna di Gondolia, and Sniflheim, or received from sparkly spots at Gallopolis, the Gallopolis Region, the Laguna di Gondolia, the Costa Valor, the Zwaardsrust Region, Insula Algarum, and the Champs Sauvage. Sprigs of narspicious can also be found in Octagonia, Lonalulu, and Phnom Nonh. It has a ¹⁄₁₆ chance of being dropped by Kissers and Scourgettes, a ¹⁄₃₂ chance of being dropped by Magic marionettes, and a ¹⁄₆₄ chance of being dropped by Mushroom mages. Dragon Quest Heroes II: Twin Kings and the Prophecy's End

Narspicious is used as an ingredient to improve various accessories. It can be dropped by Ghosts, Cumauluses, and Lost souls and can be sold for 11 gold coins.
