Positive Reinforcement is the let loose command of the Monster Master vocation, which guarantees only the most powerful members of a given monster family will be summoned when used, greatly increasing the reliability of the techniques.
Appearances[edit]
Dragon Quest VII Reimagined[edit]
Positive Reinforcement affects the following summon skills when applied to a character:
| Skill | Monster |
|---|---|
| Summon Beast | Franticore or great sabrecub |
| Summon Dragon | Drakulard or the Dragonlord |
| Summon Slime | Gem slime or a member of the metal slime family |
| Summon Zombie | Skeleton swordsman |
Note that for the Dragonlord to be summonable the player must first defeat the wyrm in the Buccanham battle arena DLC in 25 turns or less, then equip his monster heart accessory to the Monster Master. Doing so causes him to replace the drakulard once Positive Reinforcement is activated.
