Their little body is made of brown branches that are covered by green cotton, the cotton hands and feet are connected to the body with those limbs, there is also an extra branch at the top of their head with a green leaf growing in it. They wear yellow diaper-like clothes (also called ''nappies'') with red details on it, making them appear like a childish type of monster.

The Bushy baby is a recurring monster in the Dragon Quest series, first appearing in Dragon Quest X. It is a round, childlike plant monster wearing a nappy.
