Defizzle is a spell that cures one party member of the effect of having their abilities sealed away, most often curing Fizzle as the name implies.

Dragon Quest II HD-2D Remake[edit]
Defizzle is learned through reading of a special scroll found in the village of Moonahan, which requires the thief's key to access. Defizzle costs 4 MP to cast.
Dragon Quest III HD-2D Remake[edit]
Defizzle is learned by Mages and Sages at level 14 if their wisdom attribute is higher than 36; if it isn't then learning the spell will be delayed to level 15. Defizzle costs 4 MP to cast.
Dragon Quest X[edit]
Defizzle removes not only the Fizzled status ailment but also ailments that prevent the use of skill and breath attacks. It costs 2 MP to cast and has a casting time of just one second, with a range of 15 meters. Defizzle is learned by Priests at level 14 and by Sages at level 15.
