Perfect panacea, formerly greater panacea, is a fantastic healing item in the Dragon Quest series. It removes poison, paralysis, sleep, confusion, and restores a lot of HP.

Dragon Quest XI: Echoes of an Elusive AgeEdit
Perfect panaceas cure most ailments in addition to restoring at least 90 HP. They can be sold for 245 gold coins, and bought for 490 gold coins (Act 3 Cobblestone, Havens Above and others, other Acts require testing). It is dropped commonly by the rare enemy Wight bulb and rarely by the Cureslime.
The gold bar is used in the following recipes for the Fun-Size Forge:

EtymologyEdit
A panacea is a supposed remedy that is claimed to cure all diseases and prolong life indefinitely. It is named after the Greek goddess of universal remedy, Panacea. In the past, it was sought after by alchemists, along with the elixir of life and the philosopher's stone.
