Magic beast bone is a recurring item in the Dragon Quest series. It is a bone fragment taken from a monster's skeleton that is used as a crafting ingredient.

Dragon Quest X[edit]
Magic beast bone is used as a material for crafting weapons and armour. It can be picked up from sparkly spots or dropped by various monsters, including Killer gilas, Parched peckerels, Claw breakers, and Draguars.
Dragon Quest Heroes: The World Tree's Woe and the Blight Below[edit]
Magic beast bones can be dropped by Skeleton soldiers, Hell gladiators, and Demon-at-arms or received from King Flaminio in exchange for 5 Mini medals on the Stonecloud. It can also be received as a reward for completing Showdown: Unholy Horde with silver clear time from the second time onward. It can be sold for 43 gold. The bones can be used to create Goddess rings and the classic recipes for the Adamant pendant and Ring of immunity in the Alchemy Pot.

Magic beast bones are used as a material for improving various accessories or sold for 170 gold. They can be exchanged for 7 mini medals or dropped by Hellions and Night riders.
