Maiden's favour is an item that appears exclusively in Dragon Quest XI. It is a beautiful blue seashell often given as a good luck charm that is used as a crafting material.

Maiden's favour can be picked up from sparkly spots at the Costa Valor and Puerto Valor or purchased from the item shop at Puerto Valor for 280 gold each. It can be sold for 70 gold.
Maiden's favour can be used in the following recipes for the Fun-Size Forge:
- Recipe: Coral hairpin = Crimson coral + Maiden's favour
- Recipe: Swindler's scarf = Faerie fluff x2 + Cottontop + Maiden's favour
