Weather Forecast is a spell that grants the player climate clairvoyance when cast.

Dragon Quest XI: Echoes of an Elusive Age[edit]
Weather Forecast is only available in the Nintendo 3DS and the 2D mode of the S: Definitive Edition versions of the game. It is learned by speaking to the weather forecasting cow at the Warrior's Rest Inn, which immediately adds it to the Hero's list of spells. Weather Forecast costs 0 MP and details what condition the atmosphere will be in for the current day or night, changing when the sun next rises. These details can range from being crystal clear to rather cryptic and ominously worded.
The spell is unavailable in the vanilla versions of the game as well as the 3D mode of the definitive edition, with weather discernment being given by speaking to the various weather forecasting cows scattered throughout Erdrea.
