Cool Breath is an breath skill in the Dragon Quest series. It emits a chilly breath attack on all enemies that deals between 13~16 damage.

Sparkie will sometimes use this skill in battle.
Dragon Quest V
Cool Breath is learned by monster companions such as the chimaera. It does not cost MP to use.

Dragon Quest VI
Cool Breath is learned by Shelley at level 5. Other characters can obtain this technique by advancing to rank 2 of the Dragon vocation or rank 5 of the Monster Master vocation.
Dragon Quest VII
Cool breath revived a substantial boost in the 3DS version, hitting for 30~45 damage.
Dragon Quest VIII
Munchie can use cool breath after eating the appropriate cheese.
