The master moosifer (originally HelKaiser) is a recurring monster in the Dragon Quest series. Introduced in Dragon Quest VII: Fragments of the Forgotten Past, it is generally the most powerful variant of the Moosifer monsters.
Characteristics
As is the case with the lowly lesser moosifer, master moosifers are beefy, satry-like beasts, but with deep dark blue skin, crimson fur, white hair, and golden gleaming horns. They cast booming blast magic and freeze foes with furious ice winds.
