The Master moosifer (originally HelKaiser) is a recurring monster in the Dragon Quest series.
Introduced in Dragon Quest VII: Fragments of the Forgotten Past, it is generally the most powerful variant of the Moosifer monsters.
Characteristics
As is the case with the lowly lesser Moosifer, Master moosifers are beefy, satry-like beasts, but with deep dark blue skin, crimson fur, white hair, and golden gleaming horns. They cast booming blast magic and freeze foes with furious ice winds.

Description | They can tense up in an instant, and have hellishly hot halitosis. Also able to impair attack with a filthy fog. When they know their time has come, they voyage to the valley at the end of the underworld, and calmly breathe their last. |
Dragon Quest X
Appearing from the final half of 3.5 onwards, they are first seen at the Nadragram Shrine and later appear in the Ancient Ice Cave and the Demon World.
