Eric is a non-player character in Dragon Quest III: The Seeds of Salvation.
He is Olivia's lover who died while aboard a ship which then became the Ghost Ship. He can be found at one of the oars on the second deck of the Phantom Ship. He and Olivia's memories are stored in the Lovers' locket aboard the ship.
