Freeze Burner is a talent in Dragon Quest Monsters: The Dark Prince that teaches monsters several advanced sword play techniques not limited to the Fire and Ice theme implied by its name.

This talent is unlocked when synthesizing monsters that have mastered the Soggy Slasher & Spicy Slasher talents.
It is also occasionally naturally learned by monsters hatched from white eggs.

If a monster that has mastered the Freeze Burner talent is synthesized with a monster that has mastered the Air Fryer, Freeze Popper, or Storm Brewer talents then the Hair Splitter talent will be unlocked.
