The Dragon Quest Live Spectacle Tour (ドラゴンクエストライブスペクタクルツアー) was a multimedia stage production in Japan for the 30th anniversary of Dragon Quest.
The Live Spectacle Tour played 40 shows in 5 cities across Japan from July 22 to August 31, 2016. The show mainly followed the story of Dragon Quest III: The Seeds of Salvation, but took a hint from the Heroes series of games by having characters from other Dragon Quest games appear alongside III's Hero. The villain was Zoma.
Most of the characters received redesigns with more detail than ever before, and several promotional material and merchandise using new illustrations based on the show's more intrincate costume design were produced.
