The Golden claws (also known as the golden claw) is an unofficially "cursed" weapon that attracts monsters in Dragon Quest III.
Details
The weapon has an attack bonus of +55. It can be found in the Pyramid, and sold for 11,250 G in the weapon/armour shops. It is easily the most complex weapon to acquire in the game, since the party will encounter a battle at every step as soon as they possess it until they leave the Pyramid.
In the "Dragon Quest Item Storybook" and in the official art for the golden claws, the weapon is depicted as being of Egyptian design.
