Commander Brutus is a minor character and boss fight in Dragon Quest VI: Realms of Revelation.

Characteristics

Brutus is the captain of the guards of Arkbolt, and has been left licking his wounds and smouldering with his shame after being unable to deal with a particularly pesky monster that's set up her nest in the depths of the Wayfarer's Pass.

He is the last test of strength the King of Arkbolt requires that would-be dragon slayers surpass in order to be given a shot at the nice reward, and as such the commander won't pull any punches.
