Great Trelixir is a skill that appears exclusively in Dragon Quest Tact and is Young Terry's Coup de Grâce. When used, Terry uses a miraculous medicine that restores a large amount of HP and some MP to his companions. It is named after the kingdom of GreatTree.

Great Trelixir can be learned by Young Terry at level 78 and costs 88 MP to use. It restores a major amount of HP and some MP to all allies, including himself, in a rhombus-shaped area around him. Since it is a Coup de Grâce, it takes 3 turns to charge and can only be used once per battle. Upgrading the skill increases the amount of HP it restores and reduces the amount of MP it costs to use.
