Ghosts are, well, ghosts. These mischievous undead shades from beyond have a stereotypical appearance that wouldn't be out of place on a Halloween decoration. Dragon Quest VII: Fragments of the Forgotten Past
A stronger, giant sized boss version of the ghost is found at the end of the downloadable Ghost Busting DLC Tablet. Although it possess no new skills or spells, it hits hard enough to knock most unseasoned adventurers out of action in a single spooky swipe.
