The Lesser demon is a recurring monster in the Dragon Quest series.
Introduced in Dragon Quest VI: Realms of Revelation, it is a red, winged, humanoid Demon that often moves on all fours.
Characteristics
Lesser demons have the appearance of gangly, red humanoids and they usually walk on all four limbs, despite having a pair of wings on its back. Their arms have been depicted as having both four and five fingers, and their feet have two toes. Lesser demons also wear a large amount of jewelry, having multiple gold bracelets on their wrists and ankles, gold earrings, and a necklace with multicolored beads. They have a long pointed tail, large pointed ears, a thick brow with two curved horns, and their mouths appear to be perpetually wide open, displaying a set of sharp fangs and a green tongue.
