Rarity and finding them

It is a common complaint among players of IV that, when filling out 'The Big Book of Beasts', they are often missing the Picksy, as it only appears in Chapter 1 in Loch Tur. When players get the balloon, they can access the tower once more in Chapter 5. Completing the entire monster book awards the player 250,000 tokens for use in the casinos in Endor and Immigrant Town.

They can be found by Last Chance Saloon and at night in Loch Tur.
