The Perky pelican is a great gawping yellow sea bird that makes a point of wading into battle from above the ocean waves, crashing down and causing chaos with by bringing in backup in form of a helpful heal slime, before dancing in such a sultry way that party members can't help but haplessly hop and sway about, leaving them too busy boogieing to battle.
