The Princess of Cannock learns Twin Dragon Lash at level 41. It costs 18 MP and deals 220% Strike-element damage to one enemy twice, with the souped-up version being Thunderdragon Dance.
Dragon Quest VIII: Journey of the Cursed KingEdit
Jessica can use Twin Dragon Lash after allocating 23 skill points into her Whips skill, and it deals 150% damage per strike for only 3 MP.
