The EvilCloud is a dull yellow pallet swap of the Cumaulus monster that original appeared in the Game Boy Color port of the third game. It was added into Dragon Quest X with the version 2.0 update, making it one of the few monsters to see subsequent appearances beyond the portable version of III.
