The Anemon is a recurrent monster in the Dragon Quest Monsters series and it was introduced in the original Dragon Quest Monsters 2.

Characteristics[edit]

Anemons are Plant-like monsters, but this is not totally correct since they are inspired from anemones. Anemons have a main body made from a "vase" (or a can) made from mud, they have a mouth in the lowest part of their body with sharp teeth hanging from its sides and tentacles at the highest part of their body that try to resemble hair.
