The Orichalcum fangs have an attack bonus of +115. They're found at Mt. Zugzwang and are dropped by Mechan-o'-wyrms at a rate of 1/64.
Dragon Quest VI
The Orichalcum fangs have an attack bonus of +135 and a style bonus of +37. They're found at Aridea, post game only after receiving instructions from a resident of Reaper's Peak.
Dragon Quest VII: Fragments of the Forgotten Past
In the PSX original, the fangs are purchasable in the "Great Farm" version of the Immigrant town where they cost 30,000. In the 3DS remake the variants of the boom town have been removed, and the fangs are found in a hidden treasure chest instead.
In either version they are Ruff's strongest weapon, boosting his attack by +135 and style by +37.
